Animal Aide heroes - Animal Aide of St. Thomas Elgin

On Saturday, September 2, 2006, Pilot Insurance, in association with Locke Insurance Brokers, brought their Hot Air Balloon Program to St. Thomas. The animal-loving staff at Locke Insurance Brokers had suggested Animal Aide as the local beneficiary of this charitable program. Representatives of Pilot Insurance, Locke Insurance Brokers and Animal Aide met at the St. Thomas Fire Muster for the presentation of a $500 cheque. An additional $250 was raised from donations associated with the event. Congratulations to Cathy Gleeson, lucky winner of the Hot Air Balloon Ride draw!
