By giving a few hours a week as a volunteer to Animal Aide,
you can make a huge difference in the lives of cats and dogs.
You'll also meet new people, learn different responsibilities
- you may even find a new pet!
For more information about volunteer opportunities at Animal
Aide, call (519) 633-3788.
Volunteer opportunities include:
Teenagers (14 years or older) e.g. high school
volunteer hours.
Fundraising - helping at events and/or
creating items to sell at fundraisers (sewing, knitting,
woodworking, gift baskets, you name it!)
Marketing or communications.
Volunteers Needed for Dogs & Puppies!
Animal Aide rescues dogs from the St. Thomas city pound. Our volunteers visit the
pound, evaluate and exercise the dogs and take dogs to the vet for shots, spays,
neuters and any other care needed. They can foster dogs or place dogs and puppies in
foster homes or kennels. They help find permanent homes and work with adoptive
families to ensure a successful match.
If you love working with dogs, here's your chance to make a real difference!
Volunteering with Animal Aide's 'K-9' unit will literally save lives.
