Fostering cats and kittens
Do you love baby kittens?
Dulcie waiting for kittens to arrive Then consider being a foster parent to an expectant cat or a new mother and her kittens.

An early start in a family home gives baby kittens and their mothers an environment similar to that of their future permanent homes, while protecting them from cross-infection from other cats.

Dulcie and kittens What's in it for me?, you ask?
Well there's the sheer pleasure of having baby kittens and their loving mom-cats in your home and your life! If you're thinking about adopting a kitten or cat, this is a great way to get to know them first.

And as if that's not enough, there's the knowledge that you're giving the babies an excellent start in life while giving their mother the support she needs to raise a healthy, well-socialized family and to be healthy herself.

Please note that the feline family would return to Animal Aide for adoption when the kittens have reached eight weeks of age.

If you would like to learn more about fostering cats and kittens, please call Animal Aide at 519.633.3788 or email us at cats@webwytch.ca. To apply to foster, please complete our foster home agreement.
