Have you adopted an Animal Aide pet?
Would you like to have your story featured on
this Web site?
Send us some photos and the story of
what your pet has meant to you and your family.
Here are some guidelines to make it easy for you!
- Try to keep your story to
300 words or fewer. We may edit entries for brevity.
- If you are sending your photographs
to us by e-mail (preferred method), please make sure that
they are in .jpg, .gif, .tif or .bmp format, and try
to keep the file size under 100 KB per picture.
(We'll optimize them further for quick download and
re-size them to fit the page.)
- We will post two or three
photos of your adopted pet, if available.
- We can't promise that we will be able to post
photos sent to us in hard copy due to time constraints.
However, if you choose to mail photographs, please
include a stamped, self-addressed envelope, or we will
be unable to return them.
- We will not publish last names unless specifically
requested to do so in writing.
- We will not publish photos that include
children unless specifically requested to do so (by
a parent or guardian) in writing.
- Please include a telephone number where
we can contact you if necessary.
Please send your entries either by
e-mail
(preferred)
or regular mail (no promises!) to:
Animal Aide of St. Thomas Elgin
333 Talbot St.
St. Thomas, ON N5P 1B5
Your story may inspire someone else to adopt
a pet - thank you for sharing it!
