Nascar
Nascar - It's a race to the finish. Nascar began his pitstop at Animal Aide on June 22, 2007, to get replenished and it won't be long before he is off on a new adventure to his permanent home. Nascar is a friendly black male about two years old, but looks a lot older than that because of all the racing against time he had to do living on the streets. This is one grateful boy to now have food handed to him and a nice, safe place to relax and get some much needed sleep. When you reach your hand to him, he walks over and rubs his face into your hand waiting to be petted. If you would like to meet Nascar, you'll have to hurry because we are sure that his time with us will be short-lived. To meet Nascar, please call or visit Animal Aide at 333 Talbot St., St. Thomas, (519) 633-3788 or email us. The race is on and we can't wait to see who wins!

Osgoode
Osgoode - We are thrilled to introduce you to Osgoode. Osgoode arrived at Animal Aide on June 27, 2007, at the age of 3 years. He is a very handsome gray and white male who is very friendly. He has been in a home at some point in his life as he was already neutered and declawed when we met him. Osgoode is a very large cat who needs to loose a little weight. Osgoode likes to sit with you and be petted and cuddled and is looking for a home with someone to love. Osgoode can be seen by visiting Animal Aide at 333 Talbot St, St. Thomas, by calling 519-633-3788 or by sending us an email. Is your heart big enough to share with Osgoode?

Paddy
Paddy - Life on the streets is hard for anyone but it is especially hard for a homeless cat. Believe it or not, not everyone likes cats!!! Two year old Paddy came to us via the pound June 4, 2007. He has obviously experienced kindness in his short life so far, as he happily meows "hello". However, it is also obvious that he has seen some unpleasantness. Paddy is not sure if our friendly hands will hurt or help him so he is unsure how to react, just yet. We have had great success in overcoming feline fears but Paddy will need a home where hands are consistently kind and patient. Visit Paddy at 333 Talbot St. St. Thomas, call 519-633-3788 or email us. MAY THE LUCK OF THE IRISH BE WITH HIM

Paige
Paige is a pretty little black and white spayed female. She is still very frightened and is looking for a quiet home with a patient and loving family who will give her lots of TLC and help her learn to trust humans. For more information or to meet Paige, please contact Animal Aide at (519) 633-3788, 333 Talbot St., St. Thomas or email us.

Parsley
Parsley - This black spirit is Parsley. Parsley became part of our Animal Aide family on February 19, 2007, at the age of 1 year. She was rescued after being found straying on private property. Parsley is a little shy, but will come around with a loving touch. She has a silky coat that she enjoys keeping clean. If you have tender hands, a big heart and an open mind, Parsley could be the one you have been waiting for. Please don't pass her by, all she needs is love and time. Contact her at Animal Aide Mon-Sat 10-4, 333 Talbot St, St. Thomas, 519-633-3788 or email us. Life is so short - shouldn't we all give everything we can?

Phoebe
Phoebe - Do you have time to spare? Do you have an undeniable love for animals? Do you understand the time and rewards involved in helping a frightened animal become a loving, carefree pet? This gorgeous, black, spayed female was trapped at a factory in St. Thomas on November 27, 2006, at the age of 9 months. She had been living there and fending for herself. She knew no human kindness until she reached our doors and she is unsure of how to accept it. Phoebe needs time and patience and tons of love. If this sounds like you and you can see yourself as Phoebe's saviour, please take the time to visit her at Animal Aide at 333 Talbot St, St. Thomas, call us at 519-633-3788, or send us an email.

Pixie
Hello, my name is Pixie. I am a 1 year old diluted torti. I grew up on the streets where life was not kind to me until I reached the doors of Animal Aide on April 11, 2007. I am very frightened because of everything I have been through. However, I don't have an aggressive bone in my body. I stiffen a little when touched because until recently, I had never met anyone who tried to touch me gently. I am shy and for now, I lay in my litter pan where I can put my head down below the top and not look out if I choose; or I can lift my head and look at the new world around me. I am looking for a quiet home with no little children where I can bond with someone. I am still very young and time and patience are needed for the right person to adopt me. Please visit me at 333 Talbot St, St. Thomas, call 519-633-3788 or email me. A little bonding can go a long way!
